Now that iOS 27 has been released proper, and apps have been updated, I can now order coffee again from my phone. What a relief.

I followed Ricky Mondello’s guide to migrating 1Password to Apple Passwords and then had an email from 1Password saying my subscription renewal is due in a week. Decisions to be made.

My personal trainer recommended that I buy an ice cream maker this week. What a week. Ok, he didn’t say I should but that’s what I heard.

OpenAI agents attacked RubyGems back in May

The thing that bothers me most about this incident is that the authors report that OpenAI had not disclosed to RubyGems that they were responsible for the attack prior to now.

I might have finally managed to install the rack. It was a bit of a faff still, but went a lot smoother on this 3rd attempt due to new, smaller, fixings which were easier to install and align. I struggled with doing the hex head screws up due to a faulty socket wrench which kept slipping, but got there eventually.

Unfortunately, I realised when attempting to add some rack rails that they need to be screwed in from the back which I don’t have access to with it screwed to a wall, so that is…annoying.

Now comes the proper organisation of everything.

A very welcome visit from a friend this weekend. Good times were had.
